Dr. Taryn Jaramillo, DSW, LCSW
COO & CCO, Consultant
Thanks to endless curiosity, deep listening skills, and a rare ability to identify and synthesize all parties’ needs to create mutual wins, Dr. Jaramillo’s 15-year career in real estate development saw her passion for bringing the relational to the transactional bloom into an almost 12-year career as the Broward County Mental Health Social Work Supervisor for the Department of Veterans Affairs-Miami.
Dr. Jaramillo’s people-centric philosophy, capacity to cultivate meaningful and productive relationships, and ability to achieve results through collaborative efforts led her to pivot from a business career to a career caring for others. After earning her MSW, Dr. Jaramillo proved a resonant fit at the Department of Veterans Affairs, where she was responsible for overseeing specialty mental health services at four outpatient clinics and supervised a staff of clinicians providing care for veterans struggling with PTSD, substance use disorder, and a range of mental health issues in outpatient clinical settings. While working for the VA, Dr. Jaramillo obtained her Doctorate of Social Work (DSW).
Dr. Jaramillo’s years of experience across governmental, private, and nonprofit sectors made clear the immense cultural need to place greater emphasis on genuine well-being across all life domains. Emerging from the VA even more committed to fostering holistic well-being within organizations and communities, Dr. Jaramillo joined the second-ever cohort in Luis Gallardo’s Chief Mental and Physical Well-Being Officer Certification Program. The first in the world based on the USA Surgeon General’s Five Essentials for Workplace Mental Health & Well-Being, the program centers around Protection from Harm, Connection & Community, Work-Life Harmony, Mattering at Work, and Opportunity for Growth.
Before joining SilverBell Global, Dr. Jaramillo served as the Senior Clinical Director for Caron Florida’s Older Adult, Ocean Drive, and Mental Health Programs, where she developed strategies and plans for clinical programming and was responsible for overseeing patient care, staff retention, and recruitment, clinical supervision, and monitoring of compliance to legal guidelines, internal policies, and quality standards.
Along with her Doctorate of Social Work (DSW), Dr. Jaramillo earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana. She is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and is certified in cognitive processing therapy for trauma (CPT-T), integrative behavioral couples therapy (IBCT), primary care mental health integration (PCMHI) model, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Reiki Level II, and is a certified clinical hypnotherapist (C.C.H.).

Passionate about eradicating global hunger and food insecurity, Dr. Jaramillo is pursuing opportunities to collaborate with NGOs and like-minded non-profits to facilitate education, training, and action around this critical issue.
As a Certified Chief Wellbeing Officer (CWO), Dr. Jaramillo joins other forward-thinking individuals committed to fostering holistic well-being within organizations, communities, and themselves.

Dr. Virginia Graham, PrD, MBACP
UK Clinical Lead, Consultant
Dr. Virginia Graham has worked in the psychiatric field since 1993 helping individuals, groups, and families recover and restore the authentic self through the therapeutic process.
Virginia enjoys building strong alliances with individual clients, many of whom present with relationship and attachment issues including codependency and family-of-origin challenges. The relationships she builds with her clients are important in their own right and also serve as a lens through which to explore patterns of behaviour. As an experienced case manager, Virginia’s work with clients often extends to their families, offering clarity, support, and direction when appropriate.
A highly sought-after colleague and collaborator, Virginia began her training in 1993 at Charter Clinic Chelsea. In 1994, after the Charter Clinic shifted from private client groups to public, she designed and facilitated a new therapy program for NHS referrals – many of whom presented as acute. The program was nominated for a Charter Mark Award that same year.
Virginia’s work enables clients to understand their recovery process from addictive disorders including alcohol, relationships, and food more deeply. Committed to helping clients discover and employ spiritual and relational resources in managing their emotional pathology, her work supporting family members of recovering clients continues. From 2015 to 2018, Virginia managed the Family Programme at Start 2 Stop founded by Dr. Cosmo Duff Gordon. In 2018, she transitioned to leading groups and workshops in the Evening Programme and continues to do so today.
Virginia’s experience with private and public healthcare systems and her ongoing relations with psychiatric hospitals and treatment centres in Europe, the US, and South Africa inform her valuable guidance on business strategy and allow her to offer effective supervisory support for psychiatric and clinical organizations.
The development and delivery of excellent psychiatric care and support for fellow professionals is both a passion and a calling: in addition to her ongoing business and clinical consultancy for SilverBell Global, Virginia provides mentorship, consultation, and supervision for individuals and organisations including The Falcon – Castle Ashby and Lions Campus
